Dick Manson suggested a ballot for the wackiest events, fliers, dress, etc.  The winners to receive prizes.  Dick himself was under the weather and could not participate.  Following is a note to Dick from the Club Treasurer Click here to see the Ballot form

From: Marvin Sanders To: Dick Manson

Dick-
Your idea was a Great Success!!!  Sorry that you didn't get to stay to enjoy the event.  Jim Rogers won the best dressed flyer since he took off most of his clothes (ended up in small gym shorts, tee shirt, sandals, summer cap and no gloves) to fly.  It was snowing like mad, the temp was in the teens, and the ceiling was low so flying had to be kept even lower.  Only one crash.  Ric Emerson was awarded 2nd Place for letting
many of the others fly his plane since it was already warm and easy to start.  Had 34 Registered. Largest turnout that I can remember.
Think that the Club should pay for your Award Expenses. .....

Marvin
