Club Membership in the club is open to anyone who is a current AMA member and is interested in the building and flying of radio-controlled airplanes.

Members receive the following:

1. Monthly business meeting with flying and building tips.
2. Club name badge.
3. The TAILSPINNERS monthly newsletter via email
4. Yearly membership validation sticker.
5. Flying events with participants competing for prizes and/or trophies.
6. Instruction program designed for the beginning pilot year round.
7. Club hats and shirts are available at an additional charge.

Monthly business meetings are usually held the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at

Gander Mountain 14000 E. Jewell Avenue Aurora , CO 80012 (303) 750-0055.  Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings. Check the Calendar for actual dates

AMA Information:

The AMA is the Academy of Model Aeronautics, the governing body of model aviation. It supports and promotes our hobby through contest, demonstration flying, education, adopt-a-school programs, and provides liability insurance for the RC pilot.

All members flying at the Mile Hi RC Club field must be AMA members.
